Position table TPGA

Series TPGA positioning tables are built in 4 sizes, with strokes of 25, 50, 75 and 100 mm, with manual or motorized control. The structures for sizes 1 and 2 are made of aluminium alloy and the surfaces are mill-finished and anodized.

The structures for sizes 3 and 4 are made of steel and the surfaces are ground and burnished. The linear movement is achieved by means of prismatic guides coated with a low friction material that offers excellent damping of any vibrations induced in the system; they are controlled by a fine-pitch screw coupled with a play-recovery lead screw. With this system, positionings of centesimal magnitude can easily be achieved.

The medium-size tables are stackable without further machining for the realization of crossed-movement systems. This product stands out for its compact profile, high stability under load and the possibility of use in critical conditions due to the presence of chips, dust or fluids.
On request, the tables can be equipped with roller guides instead of slides (dimensionally interchangeable).
